As a key member of our team, Rich runs his own company and serves as our main Handyman. He expertly manages the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standard. Originally from Puerto Rico, Richard brings a strong work ethic and years of hands-on experience to his role. In his free time, he enjoys tackling his own home improvement projects, further perfecting his craft. A proud father, Richard loves spending time with his daughter and traveling back to Puerto Rico to visit his family whenever he can.
