IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We hire local contractors and focus much of our efforts in the developing neighborhoods of Newbold, Point Breeze, Grays Ferry, Dickinson Square and Kensington in Philadelphia. Almost overnight these neighborhoods have been transformed from all but forgotten areas of Philadelphia to up and comers with restaurants, café’s and new construction townhomes popping up like daisies.
With a close proximity to historic Rittenhouse Square and Center City, these neighborhoods have been diamonds in the rough for decades. First time homebuyers and young professionals are flocking to these neighborhoods in droves to find modern, affordable housing in excellent locations. New homeowners have enjoyed strong appreciation in recent years.
