As General Manager for BFR, Efi Shabtai leads our Property and Leasing Management. His expertise is also integral to overseeing the company’s accounting, construction, maintenance and renovation projects. Efi brings a wealth of hands-on experience as a real estate investor, managing a 20-unit portfolio of single and multi-family properties of his own for which he handles all purchases and renovations. Outside of the office, Efi is a dedicated family man who enjoys working out, creating special recipes at home, and spending quality time with his daughter.
