Clifford Lasky
Founder, REALTOR®
Cliff was lucky enough to find his passion for real estate early in life. At the age of 17, Cliff was running a property management office. At 18, he obtained his real estate license and was renting apartments in Brooklyn, New York.
By the time he was 23, Cliff graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in real estate and entrepreneurship. While in school he acquired five investment properties. Cliff continues to mentor students at UMass and maintains ties to the Amherst community, where he lectures at the university's entrepreneurship classes.
Clifford Lasky is a real estate broker licensed in Pennsylvania and New York. He is also an associate broker at the premier independent brokerage and development firm in Philadelphia, OCF Realty.
Off the job, Cliff is an avid advocate of travel, food and culture. Photography, hiking, mountain biking, carpentry and gardening are some of his favorite activities.
Cliff is the founder of Ben Franklin Residences, and its sister company BFR Construction. He has been a party to over 600 real estate transactions, and has built over 250 homes, condos and apartment buildings in the Philadelphia area. Current projects include: Oxford Lofts, a 19-unit boutique apartment complex in Brewerytown; and The Hendrik, a mixed use 60-unit project encompassing an entire city block in the East Passyunk neighborhood. With a portfolio of holdings in the Philadelphia area, Cliff invests his own time, efforts and equity into real estate; it is his passion.
